Please take some time to browse this site and learn more about Kirkwood Village Townhomes. The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) launched this site as a way for current and future homeowners and residents to learn about our community and stay up-to-date on the latest community news.

Look around and you will see resources such as the homeowners’ covenants. We also have helpful links and telephone numbers for utilities and local services. Updates and additional useful resources are planned for the site, so check back in for more information.

Kirkwood Village Homeowners Association is managed by Assurance Realty & Property Management.
