Paying your dues

Make check payable to: Villages of Kirkwood Homeowners Association

Please include your Unit number on the check.

You may also make your payments in person or by mail via personal check, cashier’s check, or money order to the management service address C/O Assurance Realty, 3320 Clays Mill Road, #108, Lexington, KY 40503 M-F 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or you may use the drop box at the same location 24 hours a day.
